Finding Authentic Passion Derek Daley, keynote Presenter AMSYMPOSIUM April 18th, Nashville, TN
“We have to dare to be ourselves, however frightening or strange that self may prove to be.”
― Mary Sarton
When I was in the second grade I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. It was the mid-eighties and a lot of kids were getting diagnosed. I started on medication and my scores improved; however my mother didn't like the way it changed my personality so she took me off the meds. I'm not sure if I have ADD, but I do know that I can be inattentive, disorganized and easily distracted. I also know that I am creative, passionate, persistent and magic. I don't mean magic in the sense that I can make a rabbit disappear or cast a spell. I mean that I'm aware that I have an unexplainable power to influence, inspire and change lives, and I believe we all have this power.
Join me in Nashville at the upcoming Admission and Marketing Symposium to share stories, passions and our magic ;)
